Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both Starter and Professional plans include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before that.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export it. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap. Get in touch at support@esgorithm.com if this is important to you.
Which reporting frameworks are supported?
GRI and CSRD/ESRS are fully supported. TCFD and SASB support is planned for a future release.
Is the AI narrative content reliable?
The AI generates narrative sections based on your data. You should review and edit the output before publishing — AI-generated content does not replace professional ESG advisory or legal review.
